Our Founder: Dr. Rajib Kumar Panda
Margdarshak was founded by Dr. Rajib Kumar Panda, a visionary and seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in academic leadership, teaching, and curriculum development. Dr. Panda’s career is marked by his unwavering commitment to enhancing student achievements, fostering faculty excellence, and implementing comprehensive career counseling programs.
Dr. Panda’s academic journey started with a strong foundation in English and communication. He earned his Ph.D. in 2016, following an M.Phil. and an M.A. from. His extensive academic qualifications are complemented by his practical experience in various prestigious institutions, where he has served in roles ranging from Assistant Professor to Academic Director.

The inspiration behind Margdarshak came from Dr. Panda’s deep understanding of the gaps in the current educational system. He realized the need for an institution that not only focuses on academic excellence but also prepares students and professionals for real-world challenges. Margdarshak, which means “A Guide” in Hindi and Odia, embodies this philosophy by offering tailored programs that address the diverse needs of learners.
